Personality-
    Ryo is calm and calculating in and out of conflict. He has a big pessimistic streak, and he isn't afraid to make derisive comments about people or a situation. His critical nature and unwillingness to soften words for others leads him to butt heads with more defensive types, especially Miles. Ryo dislikes those who act without weighing the odds. He recognizes others weaknesses but doesn't put up with anyone who won't admit them to themselves. Ryo has a sense of justice, but he will put his survival over it often. If he decides that he can't win or come out of a fight mostly intact, he won't engage. Like his father, he ends up looking after those who are weak in any number of ways. However, he's annoyed by this habit and he doesn't sweeten words for anybody.

Extra notes-
    Ryo has had chronic pain since he was little. It influences his decisions of whether or not to push himself. He recognizes his condition and has adapted to work with it as best he can.
    His fighting style is similar to a snake's, lying in wait for the perfect, calculated moment to strike. Ryo prefers not to kill but will do so if it's the most practical option.
    When using his powers, Ryo's pupils become slitted.
    Ryo is terrified if heights, especially when his feet are off the ground. He will coil around the nearest person/object and mutter curses if forced to be somewhere high up. Aeroships only bother him during takeoff, since it's an enclosed space, but he doesn't like looking out the window regardless.
